1. Can I pick up my order?  No. At this time all orders are placed and processed via our website and will be shipped directly to you.
2. How many ounces are in each Blasian Bundles Hair Extensions?  Each of our bundles are approximately 3.8 ounces
3. Do we ship internationally? Yes. Blasian Bundle ships worldwide.
4. How long does shipping take?  Typically hair is delivered within 3-7 business days. Except on holidays or during sales where shipping may take slightly longer.
5. When will my Blasian Bundles be shipped? Hair that is ordered by 5pm that business day will begin to be processed within 24-48 hours and then shipped out within 2-4 business days.
6. How many bundles do I need to order? Typically you only need 2-3 bundles for a full head. However for our extreme Barbies who wish to achieve that over the top look, which is super full and thick please order 4 -5 bundles. 
7. What types of closures & frontals does Blasian Bundles sell?  We offer both HD & transparent closures and frontals. Our closures & frontals allow you to part in multiple directions(free partings). Closures are sold separately from bundles unless you take advantage of our bundle deals w/ closure options.
8. Can your curly textures be straightened and revert back to their natural state when washed? YES.

***IMPORTANT*** Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival. If there is an error on our end where we have sent you either the wrong texture or a different length than what was originally purchased, contact us immediately! PLEASE DO NOT remove the hair from the package, tamper with the pattern and or install. Once the hair has been tampered with and removed from it’s original packaging, we CANNOT assist you with an exchange or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
