All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping time takes 2-4 business days. We also ship internationally, shipping time normally takes 3-7 business days depending on the location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. FOR OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS COSTS THAT YOU MAY INCUR IN ORDER TO CLEAR YOUR ITEMS.

***IMPORTANT*** If there is an error on our end where we have sent you either the wrong texture or a different length than what was originally purchased. Please contact us immediately. PLEASE DO NOT remove the hair from the package and or install. Once the hair has been tampered with and removed from it’s original packaging, we CANNOT assist you with an exchange or refund.
